Obituary:
Louise (Dubois) Conlin, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 with her family by her side. A lifelong resident of Norwalk, Louise was married to Robert Conlin, Sr. for 29 years. He predeceased her in July of 1990. She is survived by her children Robert and Christine Conlin (of Norwalk), Thomas and Barbara Conlin (of Bethel), Carrie Conlin Stubbs (of Norwalk), Richard and Rita Conlin (of Shelton), and Lynn (Conlin) and Dan Eng (of Bethel). She was the beloved grandmother of four adored grandchildren, Victoria Conlin, Jillian Conlin, Thomas Conlin, Jr. and Jacqueline Eng. She is also survived by her brothers Gerald and Shirley Dubois, Eugene and Mary Dubois, Dorine Dubois Kravarik, Olga Dubois, Roger Dubois, Margaret (Dubois) and Tony Caruso, Linda (Dubois) and Bob Jakob, brother-in-law Joseph Adinolf, sister-in-law Patricia Conlin, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Eugene Dubois, Sr. and Reeda (O’Dell) Dubois, her sister Karen (Dubois) Adinolf, and brother Roland Dubois.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 9, 10 AM at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave., Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery. The Conlin family will receive friends at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk on SATURDAY, May 7, from 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County.
