(May 17, 1961 to June 22, 2011 ) Resident of Norwalk, Connecticut Visitation Information: Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Saturday, July 2, at St. Joseph Church, 85 South Main St, Norwalk with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Darien. Obituary: Sterling Alphonse, of Norwalk, devoted companion of Margareth Chery, died on Wednesday, June 22 at Norwalk Hospital. Born in Haiti, he was trained as a respiratory therapist. In addition to Margareth, his best friend and companion, he is survived by a daughter, Melissa Alphonse and 2 sons; Sterling Alphonse Jr. and Sterling P. Alphonse, as well as several siblings.
