Her family will receive friends on Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. Obituary: Cecilia D. Alcaide, age 102, of Norwalk, died on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Norwalk Hospital. Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Zenando and Agusta Diso, and was predeceased by her husband John Alcaide. Mrs. Alcaide is survived by 8 loving children, 21 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren and a sister in the Philippines. A loving mother And grandmother, she enjoyed caring for her family, gardening and crochet.
