Visitation Information:
The Costa family will receive friends at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave, Norwalk, on Wednesday, January 18 from 9 am to 10 am. A mass of Christian burial will follow at St. Philip Church, 1 Fr. Conlon Place, Norwalk at 10:30 am. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery.

Roy R. Costa
Roy Costa, 89, formerly of Norwalk, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2012. He is survived by Lee Costa, his loving wife of 65 years. Mr. Costa served in the Army Air Corps as an aerial photographer where he received the American Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.
Mr. Costa enjoyed being a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #46 and was an active longtime parishioner of St. Philip Church. He was an avid gardener who generously shared his abundant harvests.
Mr. Costa is survived by his children, Mary Bornfriend of Wheaton, IL, Roy Costa of Cranston, RI, Michele Kudlicki of Shelton, CT and Joan Troy of Newtown, CT. He was predeceased by his very special son, Robert Costa. He will also be remembered but sadly missed by his 9 loving grandchildren.
