Brian D. O'Toole, 69, of Norwalk, died on Wednesday, July 26th, at Norwalk Hospital. Born in Port Chester, NY, son of the late Ambrose and Carmella (Pietrafesa) O'Toole, he was the beloved husband of Pat (Williams) O'Toole for 40 years.  In addition to his wife Pat, he is survived by their daughter Shannon Giandurco and her husband Joseph, and cherished granddaughter Emily, who lovingly named him "Guy", as well as friend and brother-in-law Jim Williams and other loving relatives.

Brian's family wishes to express their gratitude to all those at Whittingham Cancer Center who were so kind and became such a big part of our lives. To the valets, security personnel, reception, volunteers, nurses and doctors - you are amazing. Thank you! Special thanks to Dr. Frank, Julie and Nicole.
