Elizabeth "Betty" (Chouinard) Lugo

Elizabeth “Betty” Chouinard Lugo was born on February 12, 1952 and died on May 5, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of East Norwalk and member of East Avenue United Methodist Church. Betty was the former office manager of C & H Automotive in New Canaan for 19 years. Her quick wit and generosity will be missed by all. 

She is survived by her husband, Luis Lugo Jr.; sister, Catherine DeNoia, her husband Michael, and their three children; son, John Lugo Baningoso, his wife Kristin, and their two children; and son, Michael Lugo. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 21 at 11 a.m. at East Avenue United Methodist Church in East Norwalk. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Norwalk Hospital Foundation or charity of your choice.
