Frances Cutrone, 97, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully at Notre Dame Convalescent Home on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. She was the wife of the late Joseph Cutrone. Frances was born on February 26, 1917 in Brockway, PA, daughter of the late Pasqualeand Concetta (Volpe) Murone and was one of fourteen siblings. She was a seamstress for the Rissillo Sportswear Company as well as the Manhattan Shirt Factory. She was also a member of the St. Ann’s Auxiliary Club.

Frances will be sadly missed by son, Joseph and his wife Debbie, daughter Mary Sue (Skrensky) and her husband John, 6 grandchildren, Lori Walsh and husband Kevin, Sheri Delewski and husband Jim, Karen Myers and husband Corey, Stephanie Bisagni and husband Stephen, Jaime Gluska and husband Eric, Lisa Sousa and husband Joe and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters-in-law Florence Agliotta, Justine Cutrone and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Notre Dame Convalescent Home for the loving care and kindness that they gave to their mother.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 10 AM at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Avenue, Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Avenue, Norwalk. Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 27, from 5 to 8 PM at The Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. The St. Ann Auxiliary will meet at 7:00 at Magner. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Notre DameConvalescent Home SSTV Capital Improvements Fund, 76 W.
