Margaret A. Suddarth

Margaret A. Suddarth, age 100, wife of the late Malcolm O. Suddarth, a lifelong Norwalk resident passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016 at home surrounded by her family. Margaret was born in New York on February 18, 1916 daughter of the late Frank E. and Catherine (Clarke) Rogers.

Margaret worked as a Temperator operator for Nash Engineering,,,for over 30 years, and during WW2 at Chance Voght/Sikorsky in plane manufacturing.

Margaret is survived by a daughter, Katherine M. Deamer, 2 grandchildren, Christine M. Ball and Stephen M. Shimko as well as Son in law Steven Shimko, numerous Sister-in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Margaret was predeceased by daughter Frankie L Shimko, 4 brothers: William Anthony, Francis Emmet, Peter Myles, and John Agustus Rogers and 2 sisters: Rita and Mary J Rogers

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10 AM at St. Joseph Church 85 South Main Street, Norwalk. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be TODAY from 5 to 8 PM at The Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk.
