Paul Martin Murphy

Paul Martin Murphy, age 92 long  time  Rowayton  resident, beloved husband of Evelyn (Baker) Murphy passed away on Tuesday August 25, 2015 at home with his family by his side. Paul was born on July 8, 1923 in Watertown, NY, son of the late Frank and Mary (Calnan) Murphy. Paul was retired Vice President for GTE and Norden Systems, as well as a Navy Pilot in WWII.

 In addition to his wife Evelyn, Paul is survived by sons, Timothy and his wife Sonia, Gregory and his wife Cheryl, daughters Mary Sullivan and her husband Patrick, Janet Foltz and her husband Jerry, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren . Paul was predeceased by a son Patrick.

Funeral Services will take place on Friday, August 28, 2015 with A Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Joseph Church 85 S. Main Street, Norwalk.  Burial will take place at St. Michaels Cemetery, Williamsville, NY at a later date. Calling hours will take place on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at The Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk, from 4 to 6 PM.
