Sally M. Hanlon, age 69 of Norwalk, died suddenly at the Norwalk Hospital on Monday, December 5. She was the loving wife of Bradford John Hanlon for 51 years. Sally was born in Norwalk on May 4, 1947, the daughter of the late George and Rose Monroe. She was a graduate of Norwalk High School, Class of 1965 and worked for many years as a chiropractic assistant for Dr. David Camhi in Norwalk. Sally was a former member of the Norwalk United Methodist Church where she also taught Sunday school. She loved gardening, animals, crafts and especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Sally is survived by her daughter Lori JeanHaggerty and her husband John of Bethel, her son Jason Bradford Hanlon of Norwalk, her brother George Monroe of Norwalk, grandchildren John, Samantha and Bradford Haggerty and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 12, 10 AM at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk with Rev. Robert D. Beinke officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Sally’s family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-4 PM.
