Obituary:
Zbigniew John Skarad, age 90, of Norwalk, died peacefully at the Westport Health Care Center on Saturday, March 24. He was the husband of the late Mary Dombrowski Skarad. John was born in Poland on January 22, 1922 and worked for many years as an electrical wireman for Norden, Automatic Signal and Flight. He served in the R.A. F. during WW II and enjoyed gardening, baseball and spending time with his family. Survivors include his son Richard Skarad, his grandson Joseph Skarad and his wife Terri, and grandchildren Joey and Mikhaila Skarad.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 10 AM at St. John Cemetery in Norwalk and there are no visiting hours. Memorial donations may be made to the American heart Assoc., 5 Brookside Dr., Wallingford, CT, 06492-1800.
