Anita (Pagliuso) Falzone

Anita Pagliuso Falzone, age 89, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on July 24th. She was the devoted wife of her late husband, Charles W. Falzone Sr. She was born December 14, 1927 in Chelsea, MA. She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa Santasousa Pagliuso. She was predeceased by three brothers; Anthony Jr., Louis and Robert Pagliuso. Anita worked for the Norwalk Public School System for many years. First as an elementary teacher then as a business teacher at Norwalk High school. Anita was an avid reader, loved shopping with her husband, playing cards with her friends and spending all the time she could with her children, grandchildren and great-grandsons.

Anita was a loving mother to her six children, two of whom predeceased her; David Allen and Charles W., Jr.  She is survived by her four other children, daughters Christine Bach and her husband Bill of San Dimas, CA, Debbie Shea and her husband Dennis of Monroe, Maryellen Mangone and her husband Tony of Ridgefield, and Paul Falzone and his wife Julie of Norwalk. She has 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on Friday, July 28 at St. Philip Church, with burial at St. John Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to: Regional Hospice and Palliative Care, 30 Milestone Rd., Danbury, CT 06810
