Barbara Bernice (Lamb) Whittaker

Barbara Bernice Whittaker, age 85, beloved wife of James Whittaker passed away at her home with her family by her side on Monday, September 25, 2017.  Barbara was born in Stamford on July 10, 1932, daughter of the late Gilbert and Evelyn Lamb. 

Barbara is survived by her daughters, Cindy Antia, Linda Collins, Lisa Willigan, and her two step sons, Gary and James Whittaker, 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her son Jeffrey Hordeski and step-daughter Sharon Kachovas and brother Douglas Lamb.
A Memorial Service will take place on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at The Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
