To Fran's Beloved Family......Fran was an amazing person, so courageous and strong and so very loved. A total classy lady whom I loved to visit and each chocolate with...in my mind, she was a legend and one of the very last of the very best! I will miss seeing her on my visits to Norwalk, but know she was welcomed into Heaven with opened arms.
