George A. Bolton

George A. Bolton, lifelong Norwalk resident, passed away in his sleep after some long term health issues. For many years he worked at Caldor, Inc., and also enjoyed volunteering, as docent and gift shop manager for the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum, treasurer for the Friends of Norwalk Museums, Inc., and board member of The Last Post Animal Sanctuary.

He is survived by his mother, Georgianna Bolton and his twin brother David Bolton. He was predeceased by his father Harvey and brother Edward.

George was grateful for the support of his many friends and family in the last few years.  There will be no calling hours. A memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: The Last Post, Falls Village, CT or a charity of your choice.
