Morris Augustine Antera

Morris A. Antera, 94 of Norwalk, died on Nov 12, 2018 at Wilton Meadows. Born in Norwalk the son of the late Antonio and Anna (Garramone) Antera, he was the loving husband of the late Theresa (Bruno) Antera. He was also predeceased by his great-grandson Jacob. He served in the US Army Air Forces, and worked as a supervisor for Hicks and Otis for over 40 years, then worked with his son as a landscaper for many years.

Mr. Antera is survived by his children, Anthony Antera and his wife Doriana, and Theresa Formoso and her husband Victor, all of Norwalk, 5 grandchildren Anthony Jr and Daniela Antera, Theresa McIntosh, Alexis Marie Vega and Mary Elizabeth Navarro, 9 Great-grandchildren, Yalisa, Joseph, Meghan, Tess, Peyton Grace, Isabela Marie, John, Jeremiah James and Lorenzo.

His family will receive friends on Thurs, Nov 15 from  6-8 PM at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home at 9 AM on Friday, Nov 16. Burial with military honors will follow at St. John Cemetery.
