Paul F. Cifatte

Dr. Paul F. Cifatte DDS died unexpectedly in Norwalk Hospital on Friday, September 15 at age 80. He was born November 12, 1936 in Norwalk. He graduated from Georgetown College in 1958 and Georgetown Dental School in 1961. After serving two years in the Air Force at Dover Air Force Base where he met and married his wife Marie, moved back to Norwalk and began dental practice until he retired in 2005. He headed too many committees and associations to mention but, most importantly, he was a beloved and treasured husband, brother, and father.

He is survived by his wife Marie and daughter Donna, both of Norwalk, his son Chris of Fort Myers, FL, his sister Sr. Carol Cifatte CSJ, of Springfield MA, and his brother David of Seymour.  A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, 5-8pm at Magner Funeral Home in Norwalk. The funeral mass will be at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 203 East Ave. in Norwalk on Thursday, September 21 at 10:30am with burial to follow at St. John’s Cemetery in Norwalk.
