Zhao Q. Luo, 81, died on September 24, 2017 at home with his family by his side. Born in Guang Zhou, China, he was the loving husband of Yue Xu Luo.  Funeral Services will be held at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave, Norwalk on Saturday, Sept 30 at 12 noon. His family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home beginning at 11 AM. Graveside services  were held by his family at Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.
