Ann Marie (Desmond) Tardio

     Ann Marie Tardio, age 72, died peacefully at Greenwich Hospital on December 15, 2020.  She was the wife of the late Anthony “Tony” Tardio.  Ann Marie was born on July 8, 1948 in the Bronx, NY, the daughter of the late John and Margaret Desmond.  She worked for many years as a teacher and is survived by her brother Gerard “Gerry” Desmond.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, December 21 from 4-7 PM.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 22 at St. Matthew Church in Norwalk.  Because of Covid restrictions mass is by invitation.  Donations in Ann Marie’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org/)

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, Dec 23, at 11AM at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave, Norwalk.
