Anthony Canto Obituary
Anthony Michael Canto, 86 of Norwalk, died on Dec 5, 2018 at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Norwalk. Born in Norwalk, son of the late Anthony and Antoinette (Arena) Canto, he was a graduate of Fairfield Prep- Class of 1951. A U.S. Army veteran of Korea, he was a retired instructor at General Motors Training Center.
Anthony is survived by many cousins, including Michael J. Zeoli, Peter M. Zeoli, George Bruni, and Thomas McGranahan among others.
His Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM on Monday, Dec 17, at St. Matthew Church, Norwalk. Burial with military honors will follow at St. John Cemetery, Norwalk. Memorial donations may be made to: St Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave, Norwalk, CT 06850.
