Betty K. Domis

     Betty K. Domis, age 78 of Norwalk, died on January 12, 2016 at Norwalk Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Krieg) Domis, she was the companion of Janet Orban for over 47 years.  She attended the University of Connecticut, worked as a design drafter, and more recently was a clerk at the Norwalk Public Library. She was very athletic throughout her life; as a college sprinter, state softball champion, tennis player, avid skier and speed-skater. She loved her cats, the outdoors and boating, enjoying many years on Long Island Sound.   She also loved opera.

     Betty's Funeral Mass will be held at 11AM on Saturday, April 9, in the chapel at Notre Dame Convalescent Home, 76 West Rocks Rd, Norwalk.   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: S.S.T.V. 76 W.
