Obituary

Dan Thebodo, 57, of Danbury, Connecticut, passed away on April 23, 2023. Dan was born on July 14, 1965, in North Adams, Massachusetts, to John and Joan Thebodo. He attended Brien McMahon High School in Connecticut.

Dan proudly served in the Army for 2 years. After his military service, Dan worked as a production planner for Pitney Bowes for 26 years. He also spent 7 years as a barbecue cook for Stew Leonard's Danbury. Dan was known for his love of cooking and having parties. He especially enjoyed being by the water and spending time with his family.

Dan is survived by his wife, Heather Thebodo, his daughter, Loren Thebodo, his mother, Joan Thebodo, his sister, Kelly Ouellette, his brother and sister-in-law, John and Donna Thebodo, his sister-in-law and brother-in- law Joanne and Richard Fox, his nephews William and Casey Ouellette and Brian Fox and his niece, Shannon Fox. Dan was preceded in death by his father, John Thebodo, and father figure, Dennis Donofree.

A visitation for Dan will be held at Magner Funeral Home in Norwalk, Connecticut, on Thursday, May 11th, 2023, from 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sandy Hook Promise. 

Rest in peace, Dan. You will be missed by all who knew and loved you.
