Frank Gauthier Obituary

Frank Thomas Gauthier died peacefully on Sept. 2, at his home in Darien, CT with his wife Donna at his side. He was predeceased by his parents Katherine and Thomas, his sister Eleanor and his brother Robert. Born in New York City, Frank was raised in Stamford, CT and subsequently graduated from Lehigh University, 1961. Leaving the business world, Frank fulfilled his passion for working with wood and carpentry. For many years, Frank and his family resided in Rowayton before retiring to their present home in Darien.

He leaves behind his beloved family… his wife Donna Hishon Gauthier, children Lisa Gauthier (Larry), Aimee Gauthier Carpenter, Marissa Jaye (Brooke Gaede) and Douglas Jaye (Jan Mauro), grandchildren: Amanda Wheatley (David), Brittney and Mykayla Jaye, India, Evan and Maia Carpenter and Sia Gaede-Jaye, great-grandchildren: Reed and Clive Wheatley, sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Dan Potter, cousin Nicole Harris and numerous family in Montreal.

Private services will be held in the spring.
