Mary Elizabeth Bova, age 72 of Weston, CT, died peacefully at Norwalk Hospital surrounded by family on October 24, 2021. She was the loving wife for 48 years of Thomas H. Bova. Mary was born November 16, 1948 in Kensington, CT, daughter of the late Richard and Jane (Munson) Fagan and has lived in Weston for the past 36 years. She was a graduate of Mary Immaculate Academy High School and Central Connecticut State University where she received degrees in French and Education. An avid crocheter, Mary knitted thousands of scarves for homeless shelters in recent years. She was an avid Yankee fan, lover of Broadway, and enjoyed travels up the New England coast. Most of all she deeply loved her family and friends. To her grandchildren, she was an adoring “Mema”. Mary’s smile would light up a room and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
