Obituary

Mary A. Long of Norwalk, died on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Autumn Lake Healthcare at the age of 100.  Born in Stamford, the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Rosina (Amato) Zannino, she was predeceased by her husband, Blair Long, and siblings Fran Frabizzio and Tony Zannino.
A loving family woman, her children and grandchildren were the center of her life.  She worked for the Norwalk Mattress Co for over 50 years as a seamstress.
She is survived by her children, Curtis Long of Norwalk, and Donald DelMazzio of Anaheim Hills, CA, and many cherished grandchildren.
Her family will receive friends on Thurs., April 7, from 5-8-PM, at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 8 11 AM, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Ave., Norwalk. Burial will be held privately at a later date at St. John Cemetery, 25 Camp Avenue, Darien.
