Patricia Ann Rozzi

Patricia Ann Rozzi, 75 of Norwalk, died on Tuesday, April 11, 2023,  at Maplewood of Darien. Also known as Pat and Trish by friends and family, she was born in Queens, NY, the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Naughton) Rozzi, and was predeceased by her sisters, Loretta Casement, Janet and Josephine Rozzi. Patricia retired as the director of nursing operations at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in New York City.

An avid Yankee fan, she was a loving, kind and generous woman, who enjoyed traveling and exploring new and varied food and drink with her dear friend, Lucy Farace. They were inseparable through all that life had to offer.  She also found great comfort from her doggie-companion Max, who was always there with a wag and a snuggle.

In addition to Lucy, Patricia is survived by her brother Frank Rozzi and many loving nieces and nephews, including Allison Ilchert, Sean Casement and Brandon Casement, who considered her a second mother after the death of their own. She was also a doting nana to her niece Allison's sons Ethan and Nolan.

Her family will receive friends on Monday, April 17  from 6-8 PM at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, 10:30 AM at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave, Norwalk. Other services will be held privately.
