Peter A. Baldino, Jr., age 88 of Norwalk, died peacefully at Norwalk Hospital on September 15, 2021. He was the adored brother to Viki, Mary and George. He was also very proud of his 9 nephews and nieces and 16 grand nephews and nieces. Peter was predeceased by his parents Peter and Emma Baldino and his older brother, Michael.

Peter was a 1951 graduate of Norwalk High School. He was a very proud Korean War Veteran and upon his discharge he attended the University of Illinois where he received his PHD in the Philosophy of Education. He then joined the faculty of Youngstown State University in Ohio for 25 years, where he was honored to be elected Chairman of his department for 5 consecutive terms.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Sept. 18, 10 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Ave., Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery. There will be no visiting hours.
