Robert John Moffett

     Robert John Moffett, age 89 of Norwalk, died peacefully in his sleep on April 6, 2021.  He was the loving husband of the late Barbara Jean (Kocot) Moffett for 51 years.  Robert was born in Stamford on June 20, 1931, the son of the late John and Matilda (Santora) Moffett.  He had worked for M & L Excavating in Greenwich for several years.

     Survivors include four daughters, Delores Shelmidine, Marlene Moffett, Sharon Sherman and Michelle Moffett, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

     Graveside service for Robert will be held at St. John’s Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave, Norwalk, CT on April 17, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to a personal favorite charity.
