Rose Bruno

Rose Bruno, 83, of Greenwich, died on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Nathaniel Witherell Nursing Home in Greenwich. Born in Cos Cob, the daughter of the late Angelo and Josephine (Borchetta) Bruno, she was a graduate of Greenwich High School. She was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph Bruno of Norwalk and John Bruno of Stamford. She is survived by sister-in-law’s Theresa & Carmella Bruno, and many nieces & nephews. 

Struck by a drunk driver in the early 1950s, she lived with severe disabilities for the remainder of her life. In appreciation for the care given to Rose over the years, Memorial Donations may be made to the recreation dept. at The Nathaniel Witherell Nursing Home, 70 Parsonage Rd., Greenwich, CT, 06830. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday May 15, at St. Jerome Church, 23 Half Mile Rd., Norwalk, with entombment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Greenwich.
