Together Again.

William J. Berger, 83, husband of the late Mary Berger, of Norwalk, died on November 11, 2023 at Notre Dame Health & Rehabilitation Center in Norwalk. Born in Cleveland, OH, son of the late William E. and Dorothy (Kosmerl) Berger, he was a VietNam veteran, having served in the US Army 1963-1966. He worked in the tax office for Savin business services, and was a fourth degree Knight of Columbus, Council 14360.

He enjoyed traveling the world with his wife Mary, spending time with family and friends, and playing pinochle.

He is survived by his Godsons, Robert Kozenko and John Kozlowski, and cousins Patti Kozlowski Tucker and Dick Wilson.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM of Friday, November 17, at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave., Norwalk. Burial with military honors will follow at St. John Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Order of Alhambra in Baltimore MD.
