Carol Wrigley

Carol Wrigley, age 77, of Rowayton, CT passed away at her home on Thursday, December 8, 2016. Carol was born on October 28, 1939, and was a 60 year resident of Rowayton. She was the wife for 50 years of the late Richard Wrigley and the daughter of the late Adolph and Rose Lyublanovits, of Norwalk, CT.

Carol was a graduate of Norwalk High School and Bridgeport University.  She served as a Dental Hygienist in Norwalk, CT for 45 years. She was a past board member of the Rowayton Library, a once active member of the Rowayton Paddle Tennis Association and Rowayton Tennis Association, a mentor at the Lend-A-Hand Program at Roton Middle School, and was a current member of the Rowayton Yacht Club at Hickory Bluff.

Carol is survived by her three sons, Tom Wrigley and his wife Donna of Fairfield, Jim Wrigley of Nashville, TN, and Tim Wrigley and his wife Christine of Norwalk; and her three grandchildren, Jillian, Jack and Madison Wrigley. She was predeceased by her brother Paul Lyublanovits.  

A memorial service will be held for Carol on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the United Church of Rowayton, 210 Rowayton Ave., followed by a church reception for family and friends. There are no visiting hours and interment will be private.
