As I sit and write, I look back on all the years together. Back when I first worked with Ed and we then went to start GEMS and Ed met you! The memories from then till now, your wedding and the dream of your wedding cake, remember? The laughs, smiles, jokes and Ed's smile. Ed was a great man. He and I worked together as paramedics. I can still hear his laugh and see his smile. He was so smart. He brought smiles, comfort and care to those who knew him and those who were blessed to become friends with him.
