I was so sorry to hear of the passing of a dear friend and a great man. I went to Providence College with Frank, and we spent our junior year "studying" in Switzerland. Frank, Leo Leger and I enjoyed many European adventures(misadventures?) and I have such wonderful memories of those days. Special condolences to Marissa and Julia. I didn't get to know you, but I feel like I do know you both because every time I talked to FXP he would proudly tell me what great things you were doing. Please know that your Dad was greatly loved and respected. RIP, Frankie.

Cathy and I were so saddened to hear of the passing of our friend and classmate, "Frankie... " Our sincere condolences to Marissa and Julia along with Franks sisters, other relatives and friends. Cathy and I spent the year in Fribourg, Switzerland with Frankie, and he was also in our wedding party in 1972. When told of his passing by another best buddy, John Hickey, yesterday, memories of Frank, John and I travelling together in Europe were vivid and fun to recall. Top of the list was Frankie's determination to "learn a new word every day..." (and then practice it on John and me.) One day we decided to stump him and we put together a sentence consisting of 4 or 5 of the most never-used/recognized words. He did get the message, but, it never stopped him.

Frankie was quite simply a really "good guy" (the ultimate tribute in our opinion). RIP.

- Leo and Cathy (Wilmington, MA)

To the family of Frank, Though I only worked with Frank for a short while, he left a strong impression as a gentleman, a kind and caring man, with a sense of humor and a wonderful outlook on life to share and learn from. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. May you find peace through this difficult time.

Frank was a wonderful, kind person whose door was always open if you needed to talk. His empathy for others extended far beyond what was necessary. I will always remember the kindness he showed both me and his students during his years at Eastern Middle School. I will truly miss him. Rita Clair

Dear Marrisa and Julia,
My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. I can only imagine how much you are missing him. I have worked with Frank in New Haven office and had the opportunity to get to know him. He had a great sense of humor and I shared his faith and beliefs. I am first generation Irish and we told each other many stories. I know he is in heaven and will always be looking out for you. He is one of the most amazing human being I have had the privilege to know.💓

Dear Marissa and Julia - I am so very sorry for your tragic loss. Your dad was a respected colleague and also a good friend. He was an excellent and compassionate counselor who cared deeply about his consumers. He was bright, had a great sense of humor, and a very quick wit. I was fortunate to have known your dad for almost five years. He would talk often about both of you. It was so obvious how much he loved you both. His heart was full of pride with both of your accomplishments in life. I really respected your dad for the manner in which he was such a loving and devoted father. I will miss your dad and our heartfelt conversations. May God bless your father and may he rest in eternal peace. May God bless you both. Take care.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank thru BRS. He served our consumers who had dreams of having their own jobs. Frank always seemed to go above and beyond in all that he did with his/our consumers. He had this way about him that brought everyone to the table / meeting in a calm and relaxed manner. While he was chatty at times (:-)) it was always obvious he had everyone's best interests in mind and in his heart.
Frank and I chatted several times of late on a personal level. His genuine kindness, wit and compassion for life's events came through loud and clear. He spoke of his two daighters with the kind of love, tenderness and pride you'd hope & expect to hear from a caring Father.
Marissa and Julia ... my heartfelt condolences to you. I'm certain you will continue to grow in extraordinary ways, as the apple doesn't ever fall far from the tree.

My condolences to Franks family at this time.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank and being office neighbors with him. His sense of humor and endless stories will always stay close to my heart. He was always true to the man that he was. Our shared love for Bodega in Fairfield was always the topic of our conversations. Frank, I will make sure to get there soon for you. I will miss you & your spirit tremendously. <3

My condolences to your family during this difficult time. Frank was my coworker in the New Haven BRS and he was a pleasure to work with. Frank was always upbeat and energetic. He was loving and cared about everyone, as well, very passionate about the work/services he provided his consumers. I will miss him dearly.
