We are sharing our thoughts which were read at the service.

Gram was a single mom for all intents and purposes. She worked hard all her life, mainly for her kids. Her children came first, but in reality, everyone came first. She would try to get up and give them her seat, and this was still going on this year.

She loved to dance, and it wasn’t unheard of for her to hurt herself in the process. She was ready to travel at the drop of a hat. If you mentioned the word “casino”, her money was ready. We won’t even mention her love for V.O. - everyone knows about that! Reading, playing on the computer, and playing king peed were other joys in her life. But, her favorite thing was flirting with men. This went on in every hospital visit! She had a nurse, John, and she just adored him. He brightened up her days.

She managed to keep a very big secret from us, but it turned out great in the end, and Ruth and her wonderful family came into our lives.

Gram filled out hearts with love and kindness, and it was returned by everyone who met her. Everyone in her family was very special in her heart. We know all your prayers and love are truly returned. She will forever be in all of our hearts.

Dear Eileen, I am so sorry for your loss. Everyone who ever knew your mom will always remember her with fondness. She was always so much fun to be around. I'm also so sorry to see that your brother, Barry and sister, Ruth have also passed. I always thought so much of your family. God bless you dear friend. Love, Sandy
