I'm sorry to get this news, Chris, Jeff and Jim. When Chris told me his parents were living in the same house you all grew up in, I stopped in to say hello just this past Oct 23 when I was in town. I ended up talking with Hugh for an hour, about 60X longer than I ever did visiting his kids in the '70s. I doubt he even remembered me but he was a gracious and engaged host and I feel the better for finally meeting him at length. My condolences to the whole family and peace in the weeks ahead.

Dear Renee, Chris, Jeff, Jim and families - I'm very sorry for your loss old friends. Hugh was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I'm sure he's up there catching up with Buzz, Jim and the Manners clan and keeping an eye on all of you - be well!
