Please accept my condolences on the passing of your husband Phil. He and I worked as drivers for Fred Bross at Burndy Engineering. Phil left and went with the Norwalk PD. I left and went with SNET. Also, my best to Russell Ouellette. He may remember me when he worked at SNET.

My sincerest condolences to The O’Grady & Ouellette families. I was fortunate to know Phil for 27 years. He was a kind and knowledgeable man. Phil’s foundation of 55 years in law enforcement was unprecedented. As a detective bureau sergeant and state inspector Phil was a wealth of knowledge & experience, which he was more than willing to share. Phil helped me better understand police work and specifically investigations. Phil was a true gentleman and will be greatly missed.

Dear Cookie and family,
On behalf of my family, please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved Philip.
May you find great comfort in loving memories, the comfort of God, family and friends. Cookie, I am your first cousin's daughter. Your father, Steven, and my grandfather, Konstantine, were brothers. As such, I have been speaking and writing to your sister, Betty. Even though I have not met you, it is because of Betty and our endless chats of family and genealogy that I feel I know the Vanech family of Connecticut. I have only heard wonderful and kind words and stories of your husband and after speaking with her today, I was saddened to hear of his passing.
My love and deep sympathies to you, your family and extended family.
May Philip rest in peace.
