A gentle giant, Tom was an amazing man on so many levels. A brilliant chemical engineer who once worked for NASA, and a beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather. All who knew him were richer for it. Today's memorial service was so emotional and moving.
May God take care of you Tom, and take care of Nina! You are both in my prayers.

This note is to express my deepest sympathy to Nina, all of Tom's children, his siblings and extended family. The few times I met Tom Hamill he was so warm, welcoming and helpful when our ladies book club would swarm into his home, then decamp with myriads of empty bottles and plates. He was a bright light and will be missed.
