Uncle Bill always remembered me and went out of his way to make me "one of the fold" and that beautiful welcoming nature is how I will always remember him

Dear Shanley Family: We have such wonderful memories of your Father from
our many years together at Domino Sugar. It was nice to read in the NY Times
obit today the reference to his extremely loyal management team. We all had
such great respect and admiration for your Father.
Many times together on the tennis court with your competitive Father and
entertaining at the Greenbrier. He was devoted to Domino. We watched all
of you grow-up through the eyes of your parents and their smiles when they
spoke of each one of you, etc.
May he rest in peace with your wonderful Mother - Grace. Our love and deepest
sympathies. The Carters
